Hand painted one-of-a-kind vibrant yellow rayon blouse from 1940-50’s.  Painting on the semi midi collar gives a graphic expressive feel and has a fabric cord tie, wrist ties and flutter cuffs. Front buttons all hand painted as well. Can be styled tucked or untucked. We like this paired with our deadstock Wranglers.
