Shipping policy
All orders are shipped the following business day, except Sundays and holidays, using USPS Priority mail. Deliveries within the continental US typically arrive in 2 business days. If air shipping is selected for US orders, then your order will ship using UPS and will arrive in 1-2 business days.
All shipped orders are fully insured and tracking information is provided upon shipment.

- New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal
- Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any VAT or duties. International orders are typically delivered in 2-5 business days.
Return policy for vintage and pre-worn items
All sales are final for our vintage and pre-worn pieces. These items will show some amount of wear, which is part of their unique nature. Even the natural fibers in our deadstock items will be different from when they were new, due to temperature & humidity changes over the years. If you have any questions about a piece, please contact us before purchasing. We want to make sure you’re absolutely delighted when you receive your item.
Return policy for new items
If you’re not totally happy with a new item purchased from us, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we’ll process a return or exchange. We’ll email a prepaid shipping label to use for returning the item to us. Please note:
- Returns are only available for new items that haven’t been worn, used or altered
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
