1980's Karen Alexander floral cotton romper in excellent vintage condition. Front pockets, zippered back, adjustable shoulder straps. Ruched elasticize side’s on corset-like too make this really flattering and comfortable to wear.  Made in USA. Listed size 6.  Fits XS/S.
