1970's LA Lakers embroidered one-of-a-kind sweatshirt

This is a one-of-a-kind short sleeve collectors sweatshirt, most likely embroidered by a Los Angeles Lakers super-fan. It comes from an affluent area of Los Angeles where NBA players have resided over the years.

This shirt was made during the 1973-74 basketball season, which was Jerry West's last season as a player before going on to coach the Lakers in 1975. Another player turned coach, Pat Riley, is listed on this shirt, who ended up winning 4 championships with the 1980's "Showtime" Lakers.

What a great piece of history and really cute on, too! Other players listed on the sweatshirt: Happy Hairston, Kermit Washington, Connie Hawkins, Bill Bridges, Jim Price, Stan Love, Gail Goodrich, Mel Counts and Nate Hawthorne.

There are a few spots and a snag, so be sure to view the photos for more detail.
