1980’s Joseph Ribkoff black dress in excellent vintage condition.  Fringe at hem and all-over vertical pleating make this short sleeves, flexible sizing dress unique and timeless.  Fabric content is a stretchy silky feel.  Likely poly or rayon blend.  Dry clean only.
