Crisp white cotton, long sleeve, high neck blouse  with a generous amount of fine Irish crochet detailing. Buttons close at back, ribbon tie at waist to create a dainty peplum or could be tucked into a high waist jeans or trousers. Very feminine and timeless. Deadstock.
