Rare duster, dressing gown, robe features a fantastical pastel dragons and clouds motif in shades of apricot, sky and lilac. All expertly hand-embroidered on an eggshell silk background. Wide lapel, ruching at sleeves and pockets. Wrap style ties in the inside and period correct shell button (added later) on the outside closure. Fully lined in delicate delicious pongee silk with an interior pocket. The details are museum worthy on this special piece.
